Start with a chilled BEET BORSCHT with horseradish creamHEIRLOOM TOMATO AND PARSLEY LEAF SALAD with a Harissa Vinaigrette

SEPHARDIC LONG COOKED EGG – mashed with feta, olive oil, and avocado;
served with chicken liver pate and Lebanese flatbread.
(vegan version made with smashed potato, olive oil, and avocado)

Entree includes a CUMIN HONEY BRAISED BRISKET with applesauce and cilantro cream

WOOD OVEN ROASTED CAULIFLOWER – fried olives, orange chimichurri

Finish with a STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE with CHOCOLATE MATZO CANDY

Rosh Hashanah at Jar – Sept. 4 and Sept. 5

Suzanne_headshot-125x125A special prix-fixe dinner features an apple celery salad, pot roast with carrots and caramelized onions,Fish of the Day or lemongrass chicken. Mashed potatoes and pea tendrils are served family-style. Dessert is a honey roasted fig tart with Mascarpone cream or chocolate pudding.
